OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be received by 10am the day the order is due to be shipped
- Refunds and/or cancellations will not be offered for late deliveries that are out of our control and not a fault of Lovingly Gifted
- If a custom made order is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded minus any product outlay costs that have occurred 

Refund Policy:
- Refunds will not be offered for late deliveries that are not a fault of Lovingly Gifted
- A refund will be offered if contact is made within 12 hours of receiving your order and you are not happy due to a fault of Lovingly Gifted, no change of mind refunds will be offered in this situation. The order will need to be returned to lovingly Gifted within 5 business days, once received a refund will be processed. Please note refunds can take up to 14 business days depending on the payment method
- If a wrong address is provided or a failed attempt to deliver is not followed up, a refund can be arranged once Lovingly Gifted receive the returned item. The refund will be minus 15% to cover loss of time and products.
- If an order is placed and we are unable to fill the order a refund will be arranged but may take up to 14 days to process depending on the payment method

Delivery:
- Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received
- If Authority to Leave (if no one is home) is not given and the gift can not be delivered, an extra delivery fee can be charged to have the item redelivered. Couriers will leave the item at a local post office however in cases where personal delivery is arranged, this will not be able to occur
- Delivery will only occur on Monday - Friday unless pre-arranged with Lovingly Gifted, courier deliveries will not occur on Public Holidays
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to inform Lovingly Gifted immediately if an order has not arrived. Lovingly Gifted will then track the order and endeavour to have the item delivered as soon as possible
- Lovingly Gifted does not accept any responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has occurred. This includes when the sender has given "Authority to Leave"

Hospital Delivery:
- Hospital deliveries are personally delivered to ensure any difficulties are dealt with immediately and appropriately by Lovingly Gifted
- Please provide as much detail as possible when placing your order including the mother's name and maiden name (some mother's use their maiden name in hospital), the correct hospital name and address, the ward and room number
- It is up to the sender to ensure the mother has not been discharged at the time of order delivery, sometimes discharge occurs sooner than expected
- If delivery can not be completed due to incorrect details or the mother has been discharged, an additional delivery fee will be incurred to have the item delivered to an alternative address

Faulty and/or damaged goods:
- Extreme care is taken to package the items in order to avoid damage. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact Lovingly Gifted within 24 hours of receiving the item, the item will need to be returned to Lovingly Gifted and if it is deemed faulty or damaged a refund or replacement will be offered
- Please contact us within 2 business days if you are unhappy with your item and we will do our best to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe

General:
- All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can be changed at Lovingly Gifted's discretion
- We are not required at this time to charge GST
- Every effort will be made to produce the exact gift you have requested however depending on stock availability alternative products of equal or higher value may be used. Colour and designs may also vary
- All items are made to order and therefore may appear different to the photo
- Any products/designs seen on this website are not to be copied, replicated, stored, exhibited, published in any form unless written permission is given by Lovingly Gifted/Katie Gosling

Custom Orders:
- Custom orders that use stock outside of Lovingly Gifted's current stockpile requires a 20% deposit, the remaining amount will then need to be received prior to dispatch
- While all efforts will be made to have the order dispatched within the stated delivery timeframes this may not always be possible due to Lovingly Gifted needing to source specific items

Important Information:
- Lovingly Gifted will not be held accountable for any reactions or illness caused by use of products, unless they are out of date or due to negligence by Lovingly Gifted.
